Ive installed a Twonky media server which is working fine. Yesterday i spent some time trying to get Twonky media server 4.4.17, that was installed with 3.1.2 build 1014 (on my TS110), to work on the latest firmware release( 3.2.5 Build0409), which included a 'budget licence issue' version of Twonky media server 5.1.4. Regarding TMS, I do also suppose it is Twonky Media Server, as the IP adress of. Hi All, Just for information purposes, i want to share my solution to this. I have an external port open to 9050 and can browse to the Twonky server. At my office, behind a pfSense router, I have a PC with windows 10. But the word on the street, is that the Twonky Media Server is good. Twonky: Version: TwonkyServer Premium 7.1.1-dsdĤ10d is DHCP enabled and IP is managed via the router. In the old Pro v2, I was able to add my dns-address to the twonky setup (ip:9050) but the new version of twonky 7.1.1 doesn't have the same network options and there doesn't appear to be a way to have twonky pickup the dns-address. Mezzmo es un servidor de medios multiplataforma basado en DLNA para la transmisión de medios de todos los formatos. Everything works fine but I can not play any media files from outside the network but can view them and browse my DLNA library. Filter by these if you want a narrower list of alternatives or looking for a specific functionality of TwonkyServer. TwonkyServer alternatives are mainly Media Servers but may also be Media Centers or Video Streaming Apps. I swapped out everything perfectly with the 410d having the same setup and IP numbers within the network. Other interesting free alternatives to TwonkyServer are Serviio, MiniDLNA, PS3 Media Server and Gerbera. I Have also a Twonky media server running at the port 9000 which uses its own web. I was using an old Linkstation pro v2 for the last 6 years and finally had to upgrade it to a Linkstation 410d. Twonky Server scans and indexes media files on the server and can even.
